Leon Chernyavsky

Managing Partner

Mr. Chernyavsky’s financial services career started in 1999 working for Thomson Financial Corporate and then Standard and Poor’s. In 2004 he started his asset-based lending career working for a privately funded asset-based lender with over $70MM in assets. There, he built and developed a full lending platform which included loan origination, credit underwriting, and servicing. In 2006 Mr. Chernyavsky joined Satori Capital Management, an asset-based lending hedge fund specializing in senior secured commercial mortgages, where he ran the originations group and investor relations. He left Satori and co-founded ACP in 2009 and AHC with a focus on medical financing. Leon currently resides in New York City with his wife and children. Mr. Chernyavsky holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Certificate of Finance/Accounting from the William E. Simon School of Business.

Alex Boguslavsky

Managing Partner

Mr. Boguslavsky has been working in the financial services industry since 1997. He started his career at Oppenheimer & Co where he became Head of Risk Management at the Asset Management Division. From 2001 until 2004 he worked at Wafra Investment Advisory as a Vice-President in the External Funds Group. There, he was involved in hedge fund due diligence and portfolio management for seven Fund of Funds products with combined assets of $325 million. Mr. Boguslavsky joined MayerCap LLC in 2004 and became a Portfolio Manager of the Financing Fund of Funds that was investing in various direct lending hedge funds. He also served as a Portfolio Manager for several other Hedge Fund of Funds products. He left MayerCap and co-founded ACP in 2009. Alex lives in Wayne, NJ with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ramapo College of NJ and is a CFA® charterholder.

Susan Werbacher

Vice President, Billing and Underwriting

Ms. Werbacher began her medical billing career in 2007 working for Nanuet Medical Services, P.C., a chiropractic and physical therapy office in Nanuet, NY. In 2009 she joined Millennium Practice Management Associates, one of the largest medical billing companies in Northern New Jersey and quickly became the Lead Biller for several high volume Orthopedic clients. In 2012 she joined Alleon as the Billing and Underwriting Manager and quickly became the head of the group. Susan lives in Bergenfield, NJ with her two children. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from William Paterson University.

Ben Rutkevitz

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Rutkevitz’s finance career started in 2001 as a consultant for Citi Bank, Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley. In 2006 he started working for Satori Capital Management, an asset-based lending hedge fund specializing in senior secured commercial mortgages. There he managed a team of loan originators and underwriters. In 2009, Mr. Rutkevitz left Satori and moved to help grow Alleon. His chief responsibility is to establish relationships with healthcare providers and intermediaries and assist in the underwriting process. Ben lives in New York City with his wife and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Marketing from the State University of NY at Albany.

Ben Malyar

Vice President, Operations and Investor Relations

Ben Malyar has been employed in the financial services industry since 2005. He started his career at Advisors Mortgage Group where he quickly became the top producer. In 2008 he joined Metro Funding Corp in the role of Business Development Associate and quickly got involved in all aspects of lending transactions he originated. Additionally, he was in charge of developing relationships with lending institutions and expanding portfolio of loan products. In 2009, Mr. Malyar moved to Alleon Capital Partners where he manages the firm’s day to day operations, servicing, and investor relations.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
